Once you have made the payment of the reservation fee you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with all the reservation details; it is very important that you read and check it carefully.


  • Please contact 3 days before your arrival the contact person to confirm approximate arrival time.
  • You must return all sets of keys on departure
  • Check out time must be respected
  • No damaging the apartmentís furniture or facilities
  • The lodging of more people than mentioned in this contract is not allowed
  • After 21.00h no disturbing noise in the apartment or in the staircase. Guests not respecting this rule will be asked to leave the property immediately, with no refund of the paid rent.
  • Apartments can not be used for illegal activities or to invite escorts during the stay.
  • The property owner reserves the right to ask the tenant to sign a location contract when paying the outstanding amount of rent upon arrival.
  • The owner or the contact person has the right to change the accommodation due to irreparable damages or any unforeseen reasons, and Florencehouse.it, will not be liable for the inconveniences caused.
  • Florencehouse.it will not be liable for the possible theft of objects left in the apartment.

If on your arrival you are unable to locate the contact person either at the apartment or by any of the phone numbers provided, please contact our offices immediately. We cannot assume any responsibility if you fail to do so.

CONFIRMATION
As soon as we have checked the availability of the requested accommodation, you will receive our confirmation by email, with all the necessary details, the amount to pay as deposit and how payment can be made:

  • by credit card, connecting to a safe transaction system on line linked to our bank;
  • by PayPalģ ;

The deposit must be received within 2 days of our confirmation date. If no deposit is received your booking will be cancelled.

IMPORTANT: A reservation is valid only with the payment of the deposit and the issue of our booking voucher.

BOOKING VOUCHERS
As soon as we receive your deposit, our office will send you the booking voucher, a document which contains all your reservation details. You will be provided with all the necessary information for your arrival and check in (you are kindly asked to let the owner know your arrival/check in time). This includes directions to your accommodation,(kindly let us know your estimated arrival time), possible security deposit to be paid to owner if requested, and balance to be paid on arrival. It is very important that you print your voucher and that you present it when checking in. Should you not have received our voucher, please let us know and we will send you another copy promptly.

CANCELLATION
Only if a cancellation is received within a notice period of more than 90 days prior to date of arrival, a 50% reimbursement of the paid deposit is made, otherwise there will be no refund. Should the client abandon the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

PRIVACY
Sending a request by our web site, please be aware that you authorize us to use your personal data, according to the D.L. 196/2003.

TRAVELLING DOCUMENTS
All clients, also those residents of the European Union, are requested to present a valid identity document with a copy, to give to the owner, according to the laws in force.

ACCEPTANCE
Once the deposit payment has been made, you confirm the acceptance of all terms and conditions as stated above.
